Overview

One platform for the full operating lifecycle

Mithaq ERP is our enterprise platform for organisations that manage property, contracts, assets and service operations. It is built as a single, integrated core that is ready to connect with AI services, e-invoicing networks and the wider systems your business depends on.

Instead of stitching together a leasing tool, an accounting package, a maintenance tracker and a dozen spreadsheets, Mithaq ERP holds the full lifecycle in one place: from the moment a unit is listed, through contract, invoicing, collection and maintenance, to the reports your board reviews at month end.

Problems it solves

  • Leasing, finance and maintenance teams each keep their own version of the truth.
  • Renewals, cheque deposits and service requests are tracked in spreadsheets and inboxes.
  • Month-end reporting depends on manual reconciliation across systems.
  • Approvals happen over email, with no audit trail when questions come later.
  • Tenants, customers and field staff have no self-service channel.
Capabilities

What Mithaq ERP does

  • One shared data model

Properties, units, contracts, customers, vendors and ledgers are linked records, not copies. A change made once is visible everywhere it matters.

  • Configurable workflows and approvals

Define who approves what, at which value, in which sequence. Every decision is time-stamped and traceable.

  • Finance at the centre

Operational transactions post to the general ledger as they happen, so finance closes from live data instead of rebuilding it.

  • Portals and mobile apps

Tenants, customers, technicians and managers interact with the same platform through secure web portals and mobile applications.

  • Reports and business intelligence

Standard operational and financial reports, plus dashboards that management can filter by property, portfolio, entity or period.

  • Integration-ready by design

APIs for banking, payment gateways, government services, e-invoicing platforms and AI services, so Mithaq ERP fits the ecosystem you already have.

Mithaq AI in action

Your ERP data, analysed on request.

Ask Mithaq AI a question in plain language. It reads the ledger, leases and collections in Mithaq ERP and returns an analytical report with drivers, risks and next steps.

Illustrative demonstration with sample data
  • Grounded in your data

Answers come from your ledger, leases and collections in Mithaq ERP, with the sources shown.

  • Explains the why

Drivers, comparisons and risks, not just totals. The analysis a finance team would take days to prepare.

  • Leads to action

Recommended next steps you can turn into tasks, export as PDF or share with leadership.

Modules

A modular platform. Start with the core, add what you need.

Mithaq ERP is modular. Core modules form the foundation of every implementation; optional modules are added according to your operating model, scale and budget. Your proposal will specify exactly which modules are in scope.

How it works

From first workshop to go-live

  1. Requirements and gap analysis

We study your processes, documents and data, and identify where the standard platform fits and where it needs adjustment.

  2. System configuration

Properties, charts of accounts, charges, workflows, approval rules, templates and user roles are set up for you.

  3. Customisation, where required

Genuinely unique requirements are developed as controlled extensions, agreed in advance.

  4. Testing and validation

Your team tests real scenarios and migrated data before anything goes live.

  5. Training and onboarding

Role-based training so every user is confident on day one.

  6. Go-live

A planned cut-over with data verified and support on hand.

  7. Post go-live support

Close support during the first weeks while the system settles into daily use.

Business benefits

What your organisation gains

Outcomes depend on scope and adoption. These are the improvements Mithaq ERP is designed to deliver.

  • Fewer manual handovers

Work moves between leasing, finance and operations through the system, not through email attachments.

  • Faster, cleaner month-end

Transactions post at source, which reduces reconciliation effort and late adjustments.

  • Visibility management can act on

Occupancy, collections, maintenance backlogs and cash position in one view.

  • Consistent, auditable processes

Every contract, invoice and approval follows defined rules with a complete history.

  • A foundation for AI and e-invoicing

Structured, connected data is what AI agents and e-invoicing integrations need to work reliably.

After go-live

Support that stays with you

Questions

Frequently asked

Have a question that is not covered here?

Ask our team
Do we have to implement every module?

No. Core modules provide the foundation, and optional modules are added according to your requirements. Many organisations start with leasing and finance, then add facilities, procurement or portals in later phases.

Can Mithaq ERP be customised to our processes?

Most requirements are met through configuration: workflows, approval rules, documents, reports and user roles. Where a genuinely unique process needs it, our engineering team can extend the platform.

Is Mithaq ERP e-invoicing ready?

Mithaq ERP is designed to integrate with e-invoicing platforms and service providers. The specific integration, data mapping and any accreditation requirements are confirmed for your jurisdiction during the project.

Can it be hosted in the cloud?

Yes. Deployment can be on cloud infrastructure or in your own environment, depending on your data, security and regulatory requirements.

Who owns the data in Mithaq ERP?

You do. All data entered into the system remains your organisation's sole property, our access is limited to authorised personnel when needed for support, and a non-disclosure agreement is signed with every client.

Can enquiries from property portals come in automatically?

Yes. The CRM module can receive enquiries from property portals such as Bayut, Property Finder and Dubizzle, as well as from email, phone and web forms.

Is Mithaq ERP only for real estate?

Real estate is our main focus and where the platform is deepest. Its finance, procurement, inventory, HR and payroll, workflow and document modules also serve trading, services and other organisations.
